BTC sweep process guide

• Step 1: Set up the PayRam Merchant Mobile App

  • In the PayRam dashboard, go to Settings.

  • Select the Accounts tab.

  • A QR code labeled Connect to PayRam Mobile App appears. This code syncs the app with your PayRam server.

  • Download the PayRam mobile app from your app store.

  • Scan the QR code to complete the sync.

• Step 2: Log in to the PayRam Merchant Mobile App

  1. Scan the QR code with your phone.

  2. When prompted, sign in with the same root login credentials you used to set up the PayRam server web application.

• Step 3: Set up a passcode

  • After you log in, you are prompted to create a passcode. This passcode secures access to the PayRam mobile app on your device.

• Step 4: Link your BTC wallet

  1. In the app, you see the wallet you attached during the BTC wallet configuration.

  2. Select this same account so it can be linked.

  3. Select the link icon, and then select Link Wallet.

  4. When prompted, enter the seed phrase. Use the exact same seed phrase you used earlier when configuring the BTC wallet.

  5. Select Link Wallet to complete the process.

Note The seed phrase is never stored on any server. It is kept only in your local device storage and protected with encryption.

• Step 5: Sweep funds

  After you link the BTC wallet, you are ready to sweep funds from BTC deposit wallets to your cold wallet.

  1. Go to the Signing Requests tab.

  2. Review the list of deposit addresses where you received payments.

  3. Select the funds you want to sweep into your cold wallet.

  • In the Signing Requests tab, you see two sub-tabs:

• Step 7: Verify completed sweeps

  After the sweeps are complete, check the transaction status in the History tab.
